Job Description : We are currently seeking a clinical/child psychologist to assist our experts. In our clinical programs, parents work with our child psychologist to assess their child and create an Individualized Education Plan. Learning resources are customized according to the child’s specific needs, and the resources are delivered to home.
Mom’s Belief Focus Groups: Children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Learning Disability and Intellectual Disability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Open to travelling anywhere PAN India
Review assessments to identify learning, social, psychological and cognitive challenges of assigned cases.
Conduct Case History, prepare Report and IEP.
Tele-train parents to provide guided therapy for their children.
Communicate and discuss with parents regarding the output of the Report.
Develop and discuss Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) for cases based on their strengths and abilities.
Collaborates with Resource and Logistic Team to facilitate the creation of Resources.
Conduct Training Calls with Parents.
Evaluate child psychologist performance and communicate with Clinical Head regarding areas of need.
To communicate with parents regarding the child’s progress towards learning goals.
Prepare quarterly progress report and share with the parent.
Participate in case profile sessions and clinical research meetings.
Invite and encourage parents to participate in each child’s progress.
Counsel parents to create a good rapport and bond.
Creation of innovative resources and strategies.
Participate in other activities on an as-needed basis – psychological perspective areas.
Job type: Full-time
Experience: 1-5 years relevant experience in working with Special Needs children..
Qualifications: MA, M. Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI Required)
Location: Indore, Bangalore, Mumbai & Faridabad
Required languages: English & Hindi (other Indian languages also helpful)..
