1. Understand the marketing/business problems presented to you, and find creative and effective ways of resolving them.
2. Should be comfortable in both Hindi and English with a deep understanding of colloquialisms.
3. Be entrusted with churning out ideas and copy across multiple channels – push notifications, emailers, press ads, web banners, Social Posts and blogs.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. 4-6 years of experience as a copywriter, either in an advertising agency or on the brand side.
2. A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think and write.
3. Creative and witty writing.
4. The willingness to collaborate with teams across functions and learn new skills on the job.
5. The ability to think of innovative ideas with deadlines always looming around the corner
6. Excellent communication skills and be comfortable with presenting work to a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels.
