Job Description : )Knowledge of Component Designing – Plastic Injection Moulding Parts, Sheet metal/Press Tool and Die Casting Parts .Basic Idea of Tooling . 2) Knowledge of Pro-e Wild Fire 4.0/ Creo and Autocad is must. 3) To Create Draft and Design product layouts and schemes using above CAD/ 3D software. 4) Knowledge of New Product Development and Documentation and all connected documents (Project Management). 5) Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 requirements. 6) Knowledge about surfacing. 7) Knowledge and Experience of DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP documentation. 8) Prepare design layouts, diagrams, bills of material, and drawings/schematics of components and assemblies with supporting calculations, i.e. weight, tolerancing, etc. in support of the overall product design. 9) Create and revise drawings.
