Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bengaluru
KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
The E2E Experience is the sum of purposeful interactions between a brand and a consumer that builds long-term relationships and drives frequent consumption.
The E2E XP Planner will conceptualize and blueprint the end-to-end brand solution that would build on brand business brief to drive long term consumer relationships and weekly+ consumption
Create a blueprint of the brand solution including the creative idea, financial & tech feasibility, shopper journey, digital experiences, platform IDs, etc. with clear steps to go-to-market strategy
Identify the apt partners & collaborators to bring the blueprint to life across various touchpoints, and ensure the brand’s purpose & strategy is reflected in the brand solution
Lead the cross-functional discussions and responsible for key stakeholder alignments. Stress-test the solution with the specialists in IMX & FLM teams, and cross functional teams like Legal, PACS, taxation, IT etc. to develop the roll out plans with the chosen partners across media, tech, operations etc.
Co-create with creative strategists and IMX SMEs the path to reinforce relationships with consumers
Influence brand experience design, creative strategy, and content development by sharing executional learnings and best practices from other players/industries.
Leads consumer promotions when it is a critical component of the big idea and scalable to ensure relevance and efficiency
Key SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
Besides career resume, it is critical for the candidate to share the portfolio of work that demonstrates creative thinking, experimentation, and out-of-box execution capability
Diverse experience spanning brand management and media / platform / tech / brand-planning experience (8+ years)
Must have some experience in marketing spanning multi-functions (could include consumer insights, marketing mix management, new capability development, digital marketing etc.)
Good-to-have (but not need-to-have) experience in working with/ for media platforms, brand solutions or CPG companies with larger national footprint with a good understanding of digital media
Preferable if also has some experience in working with digital media and teen focused brands
Clear communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate across multiple stakeholders
Leading strategic conversations and alignment with senior and key stakeholders

Ability to build on existing human insights, culture, and market trends, to think brand solutions and ecosystems, and therefore build a sustainable value system for the project
A flair to work with unstructured briefs, diverse teams, and multi-agencies to align them to shared goals to deliver to a deadline
Ability to brief agencies to develop go-to-market roadmap across traditional and digital media and shopper channels
Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders with a high bias to action, delivering the most effective and efficient roll-out plans for market execution
Expertise in working with different external partners (i.e.: agencies, production houses, platforms, digital media etc.)
Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams
Communication Focus
Role will require frequent communication with Category teams, IMX lead, E2E lead, Frontline teams, Media Leads, Digital team and close collaboration with Design team
Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly agencies
