We are looking for a QA Automation Manager to join our IT Applications team in Bangalore, India, reporting to the director of DevOps, QA, and RMO. In this role, you will enable our business team to maximize its potential and achieve a greater market by building scalable solutions, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, synthetic monitoring, optimization of deployment pipelines, and efficient reports and dashboards. You will be a part of the team that works on SaaS-based CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle Fusion) at Infoblox.

What you’ll do:
Define quality assurance strategy and processes for IT applications in collaboration with program managers, delivery managers, business analysts, and solution architects
Work closely with release manager and technical team
Drive and implement scalable test automation solutions and ensure the tests deliver high-quality products
Be accountable for delivering overall quality across functional, automation, and performance testing initiatives; ensure comprehensive and end-to-end software quality, and own test planning, managing deliverables, managing test schedules, publishing regular test updates, and delivery
Provide executive-level reporting as needed for test status updates, defect escape, product quality and metrics, and project communications
Constantly involve and support the continual service improvement process
Guide, motivate, and plan the career development of team members through our HR processes
Hire high-performing talent and enforce best QA practices among team members
Assist in developing our cloud strategy, design new cloud environments, and architecture
Anticipate future technology needs and business requirements to drive new technological approaches and tools
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MCA or equivalent combination of education and experience
14+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2+ years as a QA manager in Agile software development environment
Proven track record of strategizing and evolving testing strategies
Exceptional technical, leadership, and communication skills with multiple years of relevant experience in driving quality goals for Salesforce, ERP, and IT applications
Experience in the CRM domain, understanding of overall SFDC architecture, and working knowledge of SFDC integration approach, architecture, and release management
Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with developing maintainable test automation procedures and practices
Extensive experience writing, debugging, and maintaining Salesforce, Salesforce DX, and/or Oracle ERP code in the cloud
Strong commitment to best practices in SQA and software development, including modern CI processes and automating everything vision
Strong knowledge of current quality engineering and test automation tools and processes, including JUnit, Jenkins, GIT, Selenium, IXIA, or comparable products
com certification (developer certification, advance developer certification) is a plus
