Job Description : Description
IT Operations resource working in the Agile Delivery Team to support application operation and introduce operational requirements earlier in the product development stage
Job Responsibility
Ensure NFRs (Availability, Automation, Security, Reliability, Performance, Maintainability, Scalability, Usability, Rollback, Restore & Recover, Error Handling, Capacity planning and forecasting, Monitoring, etc.) and operational requirements are implemented
Work in alignment with engineers from system teams on technical solutions for deployment and Automation using CICD.
Enterprise Manager and Cloud Control.
Plan change implementation together with developers across all environments and analyze risk/impact of the production changes – Where applicable coordinate and approve application changes
Implement change in cooperation with development i.e. Run/support application deployments to all environments including development and production
Support application upgrade and migration
Operate software and tools for production and non-production environment
Analyze and solve 2nd and 3rd Level incidents/Problems on application
Contribute experience and special knowledge for applications, therefore act as a broker between roles (e.g. business and development)
Take care of service requests such as data and configuration changes, schedule and maintain batch jobs, etc.

Experience working in PEGA marketing
Web application and micro services architecture
API Management
Design, Implementation and troubleshooting of CI / CD tool chain and monitoring (e.g. Jenkins, groovy, Datadog)
Programming and scripting (e.g. SQL, YAML, Json, PowerShell etc.)
Operating system – Linux/Unix
Source control management (e.g. Git, Nexus, SVN and Bitbucket)
Design, Implementation & Configuration management systems (e.g. Ansible)
Good to have skills
understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, helm)
Containers & Container Management Platforms (e.g. Docker/ Kubernetes)
