Job Description : Position: Marketing Cloud QA Key Responsibilities: Design, Develop & Execution of all areas of QA (Quality Management) in the assigned scrum team (test case definition, test approach, documentation and reporting)Accountable for test case quality & execution qualityOversees testing and test results on operational level for the assigned scrum teamWork through the validation cycle of test design, test implementation, test execution and test analysisActively support/troubleshoot issues reported by global users and work with your team to establish long- term solutionsOwn the whole test cycle within scrum teams :test analysis -evaluating test resultstest design – formulating teststest implementation – scripting teststest execution – run testsWork closely as part of the assigned scrum team in Marketing Cloud.Understand the Marketing Cloud and surrounding systems user stories, recommend the necessary testing, prepare and execute test cases.Govern the QA process in the scrum team to ensure quality in deliverables – by proactively involving oneself especially in solution design, retrospective and grooming sessionLook into best practise and way of working – also as a means to ensure quality in scrum teamGuide and proactively provide feedback to the team on how to test and on test case preparation.Manage, review and execute regression and sanity test scope for SFMC releases – manual and automated test cases.Work closely with scrum teams to automate test cases and reduce manual works.Be ready to work collaboratively and openly with QAs across scrum team and other scrum teams – in terms of supportiveness, knowledge sharing and continuous QA process improvement.Requirement / Proficiency Level Requirements Description Proficiency level / experienceMust have Well versed in Marketing Cloud : min. 2 years ofSalesforce – Email studio, automation experience studios, Journey Builder and hands onSenior : 4 years of experience and experience in SQL. above.Must have Good understanding and hands on experience of QA process and best practiceMust have Good understanding and experience on the4 main pillars of testing, as testing will the starting point for that roletest analysis -evaluating test resultstest design – formulating teststest implementation – scripting teststest execution – run testsMust have General competencies in Sales andMarketing area (Business process understanding)Nice to have Hands-on experience in SSJS and AMPscript.
