Job Description : Pega Decision Architect required to use NeoBrain, omni-channel Pega Marketing and Decisioning solution, to present Marketing and Servicing communications to customers. Marketing teams operate in Agile Customer Engagement Squads. These contain SCRUM Masters, Content Editors and Insight Analysts to support delivery of marketing campaigns in 3 weekly sprints.
To work with a Customer Engagement squad to support delivery of customer led Product marketing campaigns. To receive, interpret and deliver test and learn Marketing briefs into always on Pega solutions. To maximise impact and responsiveness of activity.
Reporting into Squad Manager – c8 people in the wider Engagement Squad team • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member • Good communication and ability to use different influencing styles” • Educated to degree level with analytical background
Advanced technical knowledge of campaign management software (Pega) Deep understanding of the customer and knowledge of what motivates and drives customer behaviour to support customer centric decisioining making Advanced level knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel & Powerpoint Experience in using collaborative tools e.g. JIRA/Confluence Aware of ‘Agile’ culture’
A good understanding of CRM and campaign activity, particularly digital marketing. Experience of supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects Understanding of the overall Retail and Business Banking priorities and how this translates into a Customer Centric strategy. Exceptional problem solving skills. Business Experience: 5+ years . Campaign management software experience: 5+ years
