Job Description
As Marketing Technology Analyst, you are responsible to facilitate tactic development through Production Partners and Marketing Managers, and ensuring timelines are met. You will perform art and copy proofing, link validation, and facilitates creative approval process from marketing program managers.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operation of email marketing and automation programs, specifically Salesforce marketing cloud, to optimize programs and initiatives
Create and maintain marketing automations, end to end Customer Journeys and Campaign Building using Automation Builder Create and maintain marketing automations, end to end Customer Journeys and Campaign Building using Automation Builder.
Review and validate campaign workflow/process flow for given campaign
The primary goal is to ensure the successful delivery of all our emails to the prospect’s inbox.
Responsible for manual system testing, checking and scanning email content, suggesting and implementing best practices and methods of E-Mail Marketing to prospects.
Update, cleanse and maintain data within HubSpot and Stay abreast of new updates and make recommendations.
Coordinating with Database, Content, Design & campaign /program managers
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products or brand.
Design and build HTML email templates and perform render by using Litmus.
Testing email campaigns, making Optimization in HTML codes by ensuring best practices.
Data handling (i.e. by CRM Tool) and broadcasting (Scheduling) of the campaigns.
Job Requirements:
Degree in marketing management or BBA/MBA.
Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is required.
Experience of working with marketing automation tools within Hubspot or other CRMs.
Ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships
.
