We are currently on the lookout for keen teachers of Mathematics, with the ability to build strong working relationships with challenging students at a large inner city Sheffield Academy.
The role
This is a supply role, however would be a full time requirement for the right candidate. This is such a rewarding role for those Teachers out there who have the resilience and perseverance to really break through with students who may have come from disadvantaged backgrounds and are in areas disengaged from their learning following the Coronavirus pandemic.
The school
The school is a lively and vibrant setting in the city of Sheffield supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to become the best versions of themselves, both holistically and academically and giving hard to reach students the best access to Education possible.
£95 – £150 PER DAY
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Qualified Teacher Status and experience of teaching in Secondary Schools.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Mathematics Teacher, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching Maths in Secondary schools, up to at least GCSE level.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Subject specialists.
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
