Job Description : Provides Clinical and Administrative direction for the clinical operation of Medical Department and Services. Direct Coordinates and oversees the administration of all clinical personnel and associated support Staff. Develop establishes policies and objectives consistent with those of the organisation mission to ensure efficient operation of Individual operating medical services. Establishes and coordinates quality management services and monitors the functioning of medical committee. Participating in the staffing of the department/ services, recruitment training and performance management system. Develops and manages annual budgets for the department and perform periodic cost and efficiency analysis. Works collaboratively with Medical Department in delivering and encouraging implementation of recommendation, which would improve utilization of hospital services.
