EUT Mobile Endpoint Squad is looking to hire a Mobile Infrastructure Engineer who will join the global team of mobile engineers and developers responsible for enabling the mobile technologies that power the firms bring-your-own-device and corporate mobile offerings. The candidate will have a very strong technical foundation, a strategic mind-set, great communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Work in Mobile Endpoint Squad responsible for Building, Architecting and Support of All Mobile Products
Establish and excel SRE/DevOps Practices
Do incident diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation
Deploy mobile services, tools, and applications using Agile methodology
Optimize and hand-off of work to Level 2 offshore team
Manage infrastructure capacity
Partner and liaise with the other infrastructure team and external vendors
Be the owner of the problem and change management processes
Create operational support documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
Skill Set
Must Skills:
Experience with Mobile device management with MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, AirWatch or similar platform in a large enterprise.
Windows and/or Unix/Linux systems administration experience.
Strong grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals (networks, databases, load balancers, IT security)
Automation and integration experience using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Shell
Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems iOS and Android
Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocols
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible fast paced enterprise environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with Office 365 and Intune App protection policies
Knowledge in computer and mobile security concepts
Basic development knowledge on iOS and/or Android
Experience in networking, load balancers and firewalls
Experience in managing Chrome OS Devices
Qualifications/Criterion
Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent combination of professional training and experience.
