Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Maintaining services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health 2 Evolving systems to improve reliability and velocity 3 Practicing sustainable incident response, through delivery of incident response playbooks automated recovery mechanisms 4 Running continuous Improvement activities that improve service availability, recovery, efficiency performance 5 Track and manage production incidents and service requests
Technical Experience : 1 Linux system administration 2 Scripting and automation 3 Web server administration eg Apache / NGIX / Jetty etc 4 AWS technologies ELBs, NLBs, RDS, VPCs, etc 5 Critical thinker and a problem solver 6 API Microservices Integration 7 RDBMS development – design, development, optimisation, and analysis of PostgreSQL databases 8 MongoDB development – operation of MongoDB at scale in a services architecture
Professional Attributes : Effective communication and analytical logical skills
Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education
