Job Description : For IPD admission, inform the patient’s relative about the billing process and ask for initial deposit. * Preparation of OPD/ diagnostics/ casualty bills as per the services provided. * Prepare interim bills and ensure that the latest status of patient bill and the report of outstanding bill is been conveyed to the patient. * Submit the report of outstanding collection to the Accounts department. * Discount and concessions are to be entered and accepted, if and only authorized by the CEO or the Hospital governing body. * Receive the interim bills from the user department and update patient bill sheet. * Filling the forms of cashless patients and following up with the TPAs for cashless billing related work. * At the time of the discharge, review patient bill sheet and ensure that all the services have been billed. * Perform all activities ranging from interim bill preparation, final preparation, break-up bill for purposes of reimbursement from medical insurance companies. * Providing IPD paper to the patients for reimbursement proess. * Communicate to paying party the breakup of the bills and any information regarding other paying procedures.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:TPA: 2 years (Preferred)TPA Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
