Job Description : We are a 30 Bed Family Run Care Home and we require Full time/ part time waking night care assistants to join us, we like to overstaff so our great night team are not pressurised.We are looking for one / two night staff to cover nights, if you can only do one night per week we will consider this as the right candidate is essential.No experience necessary as full training will be given.We have shifts of 10pm to 8am.If you require a 12 hrs shift instead of 10 hrs this can be arrangedYou will be working alongside our experienced staff to provide all aspects of night care,whilst ensuring the emotional and physical needs of our clients are met at all times.We are looking for individuals who have qualities of; patience,kindness, understanding and importantly the desire to Care, must be reliable.So if you would like to work in a unhurried and calm environment.In return the successful applicant’s will receive;£9.90 week nights £10.15 per hour weekend nights, a higher rate is paid if you are meds trained.Career progressionNVQ Training providedVarious Training including Manual Handling, Infection Control, Food Hygiene,First Aid, End of life and safeguarding adults.Free Uniform ProvidedFree DBS check carried out as long as employed with us over 6mthsAll Training ProvidedCompany PensionPaid InductionFull training will be given for the right Candidate.
