Job Description : Busikids is an open and friendly Day Nursery looking for new team members to join our lovely setting.Bonus! If you apply by Easter (14th April 2022) and complete the 3-month Probation Period Busikids will give you a £500 Bonus.We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who is qualified to level three and preferably with some experience of working within a Day Nursery, but if not, we are happy to train you.We operate a unique shift system on a 4-week cycle – this allows for a short day every other day: -Week 1 & 2 you will work alternate 8 am to 6pm and 8 am to 2 pm.Weeks 3 & 4 you will work alternate 8 am to 6 pm and 12 midday to 6 pm.One week will be three long days, the next week will be 2 long days, it is simpler than it sounds here, this equates to an average of 37.5-hour week.You will also be asked to work one breakfast club a week as extra hours, starting at 7.30 am.The salary range for this position, is from £13’500 to £18’000, working an average of 37.5 hours a week. This will be reviewed in April this year.Busikids is open all year round with the exception of bank holidays and one week’s closure between Christmas and New Year.We offer extra holidays for length of service, free car parking, tea, coffee and soft drinks, plus wi-fi in our lovely staff roomFurther details about Busikids can be found on our websiteThe Job Role is to stimulate and encourage learning outcomes and care for the little ones here at Busikids, a full job description will be sent on application.
