The EXL U.S. Onboarding Support role can be based in Gurgaon or Noida, India and will provide recruitment support to the US EBU & Insurance Consulting hiring teams.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience performing HR / Recruitment Administrative support functions – ideally for US based hires.

***Must be able and willing to work US Eastern Standard Time business hours up to 3:00PM EST / 12:00PM IST***

This job can be remote / virtual if the applicants is based near an EXL India office

Onboarding Coordinator Job Duties:

Background Check & Drug Test online forms administration
Complete digital New Hire Forms
Employee ID and laptop ordering
Perm / Temp on EXL Payroll hiring, including extensive admin tasks in the ATS for:
Completing New Hire Forms to kickoff onboarding
Process intercompany transfers for new location payroll onboarding
Onboarding documents collection and management
Pulling and maintaining hiring reports and metrics for our review and strategizing

Skills/Qualifications:

HR / Recruitment Support Experience using large software ATS / HRIS data base systems – preferably within the Consulting/BPO/RPO/ITO industry
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
Excellent written and oral communication skills (both internally and externally)
Attention to detail is a must
Must be organized, able to multi-task, team-oriented
Supports Diversity
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Reporting Capabilities
Must be able and willing to work most US Eastern Standard Time business hours
