Job Description : About the Company: Founded by IIT-IIM alumni with close to 10 years of experience, LogIQids is an ed-tech company focused on enhancing logical reasoning skills in kids. Based out of Mumbai, the company has already raised an angel round and is aggressively looking to expand and add to the team. We have already impacted 5 lac+ students and have worked with 600+ schools. Our new venture LQ Live is a Live online Group Class for Maths, Science & Logic for students from Grade 1 to Grade 6 growing exponentially month on month.About the Job: LQ Live is a product brought to you by LogIQids. We are looking to onboard enthusiastic teachers, who can be a part of our exceptional educator team aiming to impart important 21st-century skills to kids from Grade 1 to Grade 7, enrolled on our platform.Day to Day Responsibilities: 1. Taking online lectures for students from Grade 1 to Grade 7 (Lectures usually last for a maximum of 90 mins) for Maths, Science and Logic. These are group classes with 2 to 6 kids per batch2. Play an important role as a mentor to a child’s understanding of these subjects3. Taking a minimum of 3 Lectures in a day (Can take more if time permits) and a minimum of 6 days working (including weekends. The teacher can select any one weekday as an off which will remain constant throughout)4. Attending training sessions to stay up to date with the contentCommitment Expected: Minimum 6 hours/day. Preferred timings 2 PM to 8 PMMinimum commitment: 6 Months, post which teachers will be given a certificate of Primary Education Expert jointly issued by LogIQids and Techfest IIT BombaySkills and Experience: 1. Good communication – written and verbal (Must have)2. Fluency in English (Must have)3. Good Understanding of Maths, Science, and Logic (Must Have)4. Enthusiasm and ability to connect with the child (Must have)5. Candidate from – Btech,Mtech,BE,ME,BCA,MCA,BSC-IT,BSC-Comp6. Teaching Background (Good to have)Compensation Structure: There are two types of lectures:FREE Demo/trial lectures: Compensation for this would be ₹225/DemoConversion incentive for Demo – ₹100/childPaid Lectures: Compensation of Paid Lectures would vary depending upon the number of students in the batch. Compensation of Paid Lectures is as follows;₹350 per lecture with a batch of 4+ students₹325 per lecture with a batch of 4 students₹300 per lecture with a batch of 3 students₹275 per lecture with a batch of 2 students1. First Month would be largely spent on Probation and training – Post the initial 10 days teachers will be expected to take demo sessions in the first month. Expected earning could vary between 15,000 – 25,000 Rs/- (Exact amount to be decided based on the number of lectures taken and number of students converted)2. Second month onwards – Paid sessions would start getting added and expected earning could vary between 20,000 to 30,000 Rs/- (Exact amount to be decided based on the number of lectures taken and number of students converted)3. Third month onwards – Mainly paid sessions – compensation could go as high as 42000-45000 (assuming 120 sessions)4.
