Job Description : Job Description:Roles & Responsibilities:1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on a lead.2. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services,3. Closing abandon orders and achieving daily targets.4. Managing reports and working on CRM.5. Any other tasks entrusted to you by management.6. Past experience in the same field is must.Information on the procedure:1. Quality to be maintained is above 85%. Once OJT is over2. Rotational Shift with Weeks Off Rotational Shift (6 Days Working)3. Management creates the roster, and no fixed off is granted.4. We do not provide a week off on Sundays.5. Work hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (this is strictly decided by the management)6. A six-month bond must be signed.7. A “Work From Home Agreement” must be signed.8. Daily Outbound calls 150.9. 4-5 orders to be closed daily.Skill-sets:Excellent written and verbal communication.Must be able to create good presentations.Must have excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure.Information that is required:1. A laptop or desktop computer with a battery backup is required.2. Wifi or Broadband access is required.3. You must have an Android or Apple phone.4.
