Job Description : Transversal Coordination:
Be the single point of contact for support teams for various administrative activities. For example, coordination with the transport for roster, coordination with Finance for allowances, arranging meeting rooms for team meetings, food coupon distribution etc.
Assist in local purchase activities by following the Global and local procurement process.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the team. Ensure team is fully educated with local finance norms for the travel.
Coordinate with candidates for scheduling interview.
Organize the management meeting by coordinating with people for availability and arranging logistics. Noting and publishing meeting minutes of various management meetings.
Facilitate the logistics for customer visits and employee engagement events
Coordinate with teams to collect articles for the newsletter. If required, rewrite the articles to make them appropriate for the global audience.
Facilitate on boarding of new employees including arranging logistics and organize induction
Coordinate with facility to esure upkeep of the work environment and conference room
Team Building
Organize the team building events for the 250+ size of the team
Being able to organize the vitrual events for the large team to make connect among the staff
Have a flair to connect with the team and help them by resolving their day to day issue related to support functions.
Business Communication
Write articles in local/global newletters, in English language, to share the business activities/projects and local events.
Creatively write and publish new joiners announcements and promotions.
Leverage social media to promote the interesting content pertaining to improving Orange employer brand.
Prepare meaningful mailers, flyers, training calender, success stories, and initiatives in Excel and PowerPoint
about you
Total professional working experience in of 5 years or more in similar position performing transversal activities as mentioned in scope statement for a team size of 100+ people
Experience in content writing for business communication (e.g new letters)
Experience in creating the business reports in Excel and Powerpoint
Experience in sharing promotional content on social media, e.g. posting on linkedin
additional information
Bachelors degree in any decipline
Strong flair for business content writing in English Language.
People oriented and being able to coordinate with various stakeholders in India and other countries
