Roles and Responsibilities
Document the application specifications
Perform code reviews and align the solutions to architectural specifications
Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities
Work with Controllership, Global Process Owner, Accounting Operations, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects
Deliver enhancement and change requests per quarterly sprint
Work on requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training material preparation, end user trainings, deployment activities and post go live support
Collaborate with Quality Assurance team & assist resolving defects
Participate in solution reviews and ensure that all solutions align to architectural specifications, identify/troubleshoot application issues
Support deployments or troubleshoot critical production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years experience working on Oracle Jdeveloper, developing forms with ADF.
Experience with BPEL and SOA Suite 12C using Oracle Jdeveloper.
Knowledge of SQL having worked with relational databases.
Familiarity with core Java/Javascript.
Though not necessary, but clear preference for candidates having prior experience of Oracle Webcenter AP Imaging solutions for Invoice processing or relevant experience with AP imaging solutions on other technologies, possess functional knowledge of AP invoice processing.
Experience/knowledge of any of the following technologies will be advantageous
Oracle Webcenter Imaging
Oracle Webcenter Content
Oracle Weblogic server
Oracle Webcenter Forms Recognition
Oracle Enterprise Capture
Any prior experience with Oracle EBS AP & GL modules though not necessary, will be preferable as the above technologies are integrated with these modules.
Knowledge of using Jira and Github.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Should have good experience of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
Good communicator & presentation skills to senior stakeholders
Exposure to robotic process automation, natural language processing, data analytics is desirable
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
Excellent Problem solving skills with innovative and proactive approach
