Job Description : Pepkidz Learning is the Worlds #1EQ learning platformLooking for TEACHERS to train students to develop their EQ. This is a work-from-home part-time opportunity. If teaching is your passion and you can hold an elementary schoolers attention, then Pepkidz is the place for you.*Responsibilities:Conduct online/ OFFLINE classes for children ages 4-14yrs.Study and understand concepts and material to be taught in classes.Create regular feedback for students.Attend PTM.Communicate to parents and address their expectations and concerns.Maintain and document respective classes in the database regularly.**Requirements:Previous online teaching experience.Knowledge of working with PowerPoint and google slides.Dedicate at least 16 hours a week, out of which 8 hours should be on weekends.Knowledge of accessing and writing feedback of a student.Strong Internet connection at home.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Prior school teaching experience is a plus.**Desired Skills and Experience:Teaching Preschoolers and Elementary schoolAbility to connect with students and communicate with them effectively.Hold attention of small kids during online classes.High level of patience.Cheerful, Positive, Happy, Kind, Empathetic, and Inspiring toward children.*Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: ₹200.00 – ₹300.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All interviews are virtualApplication Question(s):Do you have an certification in psychologyEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/03/2022
