Job Description : JOB IDENTIFICATIONDesignation: Pharmacist / Sr. PharmacistReporting to: DGM – PharmacyJOB DESCRIPTIONEnsure dispensing of medicine as per requirement, storage medicines.Working Hours: General Shift / Shift DutiesDress Code: White ApronDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCompounding & dispensing medicine for day-to-day operation cases and as per vouchers.Filling & labeling of medical containers.To identify Look alike and Sound alike drugs.Proper dispensing of narcotic medicine.Proper maintenance of records of narcotic medicine.Maintains of sufficient stock of antidote for poisoning & emergency medicine.Checking of the quality of the sources of purchase of all medicine, chemicals antibiotics, biologicalMaintainers of proper system of all records.Keeping controls over requisition & dispensing of all medicine.Disposal of non-moving stock by consulting concerned.Accepting returned items from wardsSkills Required: Good communication skills, leadership qualities, active listening, ability tosolve problems and manage people.Working Condition: Closed environment within the HospitalJOB SPECIFICATIONEducational Qualification: D.
