Summary of the role
We are looking for a developer – with good knowledge in PHP and exposure to any UI frameworks like Ajax, angular 2 or higher. You will be working on global product that has huge customer base.
Your main responsibilities
Development & Design:
You will also be responsible for end-to-end design, development & delivery dealing with high-paced development activity
In this role, you will be fully responsible to architect the code effectively in an object-oriented way & provide the architectural blueprints.
You will also get the opportunity to redesign a few components and upgrade them to the latest tech stacks (micro-frontends)
Decision-making capability:
Analyzing defects and deploying prevention techniques will be a key part of your role
You will also be fully autonomous in architectural & design decisions for the components owned
Nature of work:
You should be willing to work on modules that are common in nature for different products
You should be able to self-manage the complex modules
About the ideal candidate
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience with technical hands-on in PHP & helping other team members
Possess good design skills and understanding loop holes in PHP based backends.
Proficient in PHP, PHPUnit.
Experience in building REST APIs using PHP
Experience in Oracle or MS SQL or any other rational database and good understanding and good knowledge on database concepts
Very good unit testing skills (JUnit, Mockito, PHPUnit, mock libraries, unit testing techniques)
Exposure & hands-on in UI is a addon. Good to have hands-on skills in Ajax, Typescript, Angular 2 or higher.
Experience with version control systems (GIT or any other tool) and build tools (maven etc…)
Ability to tackle risks/ challenges in terms of delivery, investigate and fix production issues
