Following up with recurring dialogue and updates.· Build fully responsive websites to client specifications by developing code and incorporating graphics and media elements. Using your knowledge and experience of WordPress/HTML/CSS/SCSS, to transform initial concepts into conversion-winning experiences.· Trial websites across multiple web browsers and devices; debugging as necessary.· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.· Maintain websites for optimal performance with regular checks for performance limiting errors, broken links etc. Updating software and plugins to mitigate potential hacking attempts. Overseeing all backup and restoration policies (business continuity) for all clients to ensure minimum disruption to clients’ services.· Continually learn and keep up to date with the latest web design trends and best practices including website accessibility standards and legal requirements.· Document code and activities to ensure business continuity, while allowing other developers to understand and contributeEssential requirements· Expert knowledge (minimum of 3 years) of Web Design, WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS & familiar. MySQL, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite…· A minimum mid-level understanding of ‘best practice’ technical SEO standards for all major search engines· Experience in integrating with Google’s Marketing Suite for analytics purposes· Experience in working with third party access to design and content resources· Proficient at timekeeping and problem-solving under pressure· Highly creative with good attention to detail· Be a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills· 3+ years’ experience in a similar role and agency environmentDesirable Skills and Qualifications· 3+ years’ experience· Knowledge of Digital Media Production, Graphic Design & Email Marketing· Database knowledge and management· Creativity· Teamwork· Analytical & Critical Thinking· Interpersonal Communication· Customer Service Skills· Attention to DetailRelaxed interview processIf successful to be chosen for an interview, we will endeavour to make it as smooth and simple as possible.
