Job Description : Plant Financial Controller – Scottish BordersChange recruitment group are partnering with a strong international business located in the Scottish Borders to recruit a Plant Financial Controller. The Plant Financial Controller will play an important role in the organisation as the head accountant supervising and working alongside a small finance teamKey Responsibilities: · Manage a team of 3 staff, working closely alongside the plant manager, production managers and corporate heads.· Oversee all standard costing data and integrity across the production· Lead the consolidation of reports for wider group reporting· Lead the month, quarter, and year-end reporting· Lead all financial forecasting for the plant.· Support continuous improvement programs· Analysis of production profitability, investment analysis, plant cost saving opportunities· Other ad-hoc projects requiredThe Successful Candidate· Qualified or QBE with at least 5+ years’ experience in a similar position· Ability to work to reporting deadlines· Strong communicator and team player· Good knowledge of excel spreadsheetsSalary is the range of £60,000 – £70,000 + bonus + car allowance + pension benefits etc.If you feel you meet the specific qualifications outlined above, please send your CV to Attn: Bruce Jardine, CPA, CMA at Change Recruitment GroupPlease note that unfortunately due to high volumes of applicants if you have not heard within two week it means you have not been successful with this role.
