It’s always a team effort endeavoring to build careers and provide value.This role will provide deliver complex technical solutions to our consulting resources working at various client sites.We provide expertise in Android and iOS Technologies, Cyber Security/ Cloud and Microsoft Exchange/ Azure services, as well as Machine Learning and Big Data Engineering to Fortune 1000 clients across the Unites States.This role is for a candidate who is capable of managing a high number of critical projects across our client base, by effectively utilizing the current team of Technical SMEs while ensuring 100% client satisfaction and project success.The position will work extensively with internal leadership team to refine and implement the existing support team.Work Hours:9:00 AM to 6:00 GMTPosition Responsibilities:Identify, prioritize, enact, and administer support to our consulting resource in a timely fashionWork with stakeholders to prioritize competing needs, applying the team’s capacity to the most important projects that ensure organizational growth and sustainabilityLead continuous improvement efforts to improve process and other efficiencies, resulting in successful projects (ZERO project failures)Allocate and balance resources across a portfolio of active and planned projectsExperience in planning, implementation and support of client’s business application components, including change and release management and have passion and discipline on operational excellenceStay abreast of the latest technology trends and practices and recommend relevant solutions to senior managementYOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study4+ years of software development and support experienceStrong background in large scale Software DevelopmentCommitment to continuous learning both for yourself and your teamStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills to successfully communicate and collaborate with technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software features, explain technical designs, and articulate technical strategiesSignificant experience with agile development methodologiesExperience managing remote and offshore/nearshore staffExperience presenting and interacting with C-Suite executivesAbility to deal well with ambiguity and fast-paced changeAbility to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment, including the ability to think big in a rapidly evolving technology spaceJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (required)Experience:Business Project Management Occupations: 6 years (required)Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
