Job Description : The Room Leader will be running our Preschool Room with children aged 3-5, along with holiday club. Main responsibilities include:- Upholding outstanding standards of education, care and safeguarding to all children- Ensuring all staff/students/volunteers working in the preschool room follow company policies and procedures- Creating exciting learning opportunities for the children to access daily, following the revised EYFS- Ensuring all children with additional needs have their needs met and targets worked towards in an inclusive way- Having strong communication skills with colleagues and outstanding partnerships with parents- Having a selection of key children and a deep understanding of each individuals development and next steps- Attending additional and CPD opportunities to improve practice, including staff meetingsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftExperience:Childcare: 2 years (preferred)Reference ID: Nurtured, Preschool Room Leader
