Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Work with the leadership team to understand the business priorities and create a long-term Technology / Product roadmap for the organization and drive its implementation.Identify the latest tools / software / frameworks; Deploy the right tools, techniques & processes and bring in newer technologies to help developers do their work faster and solve the technology problems more effectively.Responsible for product development (full stack) and release which includes architecture, design, development and testing within the agreed timeframes.Own all the NFRs (non-functional requirements) for the products.Contribute to the selection and hiring of product engineering team members.Adapt and iterate quickly based on user feedback and metrics.Skill and Competencies: Well versed with Agile software development and management methods (user stories, iterative development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, shared ownership, test-driven development, etc.) and have the ability to excel within an Agile environment.Hands-on with multiple programming languages (with one of them preferably TypeScript or JavaScript or NodeJS).Worked with a JavaScript based front-end framework like React, Angular or Vue.js.Well versed service oriented architecture and have built and deployed RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.Should have built and shipped features for high-traffic web applications.Good with an RDBMS (preferably MySQL) and NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB.Familiar with using observability tools to identify and isolate problems.Hands-on with at least one of the public cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud services.Should have value progress over perfection and have a track record of shipping value to customers.Passionate about working together with a team to solve customer problems.Excited about teaching and mentoring junior team members.Good command of written and spoken English.Education & Experience: Any Bachelor degree required.13-15 YearsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftFlexible shiftMorning shiftNight shiftRotational shiftExperience:Software & Web Architects: 10 years (Required)total work: 10 years (Required)Work Remotely:No
