What we’re looking for:
As a Principal Solution Architect of a global team, you will have a particularly visible role with the sales organization and with customers. Diplomacy, communication skills (written and verbal), and familiarity with geo-specific customs / behaviours are key. You need to work with word class SaaS products that are built on public clouds. You need to be an expert and understand most of the public cloud(AWS, Azure and GCP) services. Work closely with Product Management team to keep yourself updated with Product road map, feature releases and build solutions.
Role Responsibilities
You will closely interact and provide solutioning and product strategies for the following technology spaces:
Hybrid and/or Multi-Clouds, Networking and Applications.
You will demonstrate & document research findings, Conduct market analysis for product requirements
You will manage implementation for a defined subset or portion of end-to-end product strategies, including the defined company Product Process and lifecycles, and provide clearly communication to stakeholders throughout the organization.
Will conduct market validation activities as directed, such as customer prospect interviews and market analysis .
Validate product plans against research results and assist making informed recommendations regarding the roadmap to Senior management.
You will drive the product requirements’ process while making recommendations regarding product requirements and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to validate priorities ..
Manage short-term focused market and customer research regarding product acceptance, usage and success and integrate results directly into the product planning activities.
Will develop a deep understanding of the competitive market landscape and identify key areas of competitive difference in assigned areas.
You will enable the customer base, sales team and partners with product roadmaps & strategies and help with escalations
Basic Qualifications
You would have experience in owning a SaaS product line ideally in the Cloud, Application Delivery and/or Networking.
Hands on experience with major public cloud infrastructure services like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google GCP is a must.
You will have experience in one or more of these markets and technology spaces: Hybrid and Multi-Cloud, Network and Applications.
Have strong customer empathy and great design sense.
You would have demonstrated ability to document research findings, market analysis, Compete analysis and design innovative solutions combining the products of Citrix/Citrix partners and public cloud services.
Understand the market, competition and build innovative solutions.
Have demonstrated strong, structured and data-driven problem-solving skills that require solutions for cross-functional matters.
You have experience in presenting to wide ranging audiences, including internal stakeholders, Webinars, trainings, customer visits, trade shows and industry events.
Have outstanding organizational skills to coordinate various creative, technical, and administrative projects across the broader Citrix organization; and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of application architectures and application deployments both on-premise and cloud.
Have a minimum of 8 years experience as solution Architect/Cloud architect in Technical Marketing or Sales Engineering.
Have experience in guiding research – customer, market, competition – for a significant business line or product set.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably computer science)

Have completed your MBA
You have familiarity with Citrix products
