Process Automation Specialist (with .NET technology )
WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?
Process Automation Specialist delivers automated solutions for software processes.
As a Process Automation Specialist, you’ll have to work closely with to the various Risk business functions to ensure activities deliver maximum value to both the company and their customers. Duties include analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, installation, modification, and maintenance of properly engineered information systems, containing software as the major component to meet agreed business needs.
Process Management and Transformation team is responsible for leading & implementing projects to transform risk processes across World-Check (WC), Refinitiv Due Diligence (RDD), and Screening Resolution Service (SRS). The team handles the core systems change management, drives lean culture across the Customer & 3rd Party Risk Solutions, content management for RDD, as well as client analysis, policy, and technology requirements from the process efficiency perspective.
SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:
Writes new software, makes modifications to existing software, or integrates software applications and modules in accordance with agreed upon specifications provided by others.
Creates and executes unit testing and integration testing ensuring module meets requirements.
Executes on provided design.
Provides technical support to operations or other development teams.
Creates and maintains all required technical/process documentation/manual related to assigned components to ensure supportability.
Makes suggestions for problem/process solutions or software/process enhancements.
Participates in project planning sessions with team members to analyse process development requirements, provide design options, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work. Provides status updates for own scope of work within projects. Participates in internal team and status meetings.
Develops software using disciplined software development processes, adhering to team/company standards and software best practice guidelines, and corporate policies.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
Process Automation Specialist needs a solid understanding of the organization’s business. They must have solid technical expertise, project management skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of due diligence processes. Most importantly they should be proactive, organized, and logical.
Extensive proficiency level of working in .NET technology
Expert/Leader proficiency level with .NET C# 3.5, 4.0 Visual Studio 2010.
Working proficiency level on both Web applications and Windows applications.
Working proficiency level SQL Server 2008/2012 (good working knowledge of Stored Procedures, Views etc.).
Working proficiency level of web application deployment on IIS.
Technical leadership skills – managing technical queries from team members, code reviews, mentorship, guidance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expert/Leader proficiency level with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Required Languages (both written & spoken): English
YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF:
Knowledge & practise of JIRA, VBA, Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate
Knowledge of Salesforce system (Administrator, Developer) & APEX coding
Hold the PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Practitioner, Green Belt, AGILE certificates
You have experience in working with senior colleagues across a global organization
You have a keen interest in automation and innovative process optimization solution
You have experience within the finance-related industry, consulting, or technology
