Product Designer
We are looking for a Product Designer, who can develop a strong UX vision for our existing and future products. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience owning every aspect of design for enterprise grade SaaS applications, and thrives in a high velocity product development environment. You should be passionate about delighting users, and creating a strong product design culture at Blueshift. Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end interaction design & visual design framework for every aspect of Blueshift’s SaaS products, for new and existing products and features
Drive design initiatives end-to-end, from ideation and research to pixel-perfect execution
Facilitate rapid and collaborative ideation, e.g. by sketching initial concepts and flows in low fidelity to be able to share and collaborate early in the design process
Collaborate with the product team to ensure a full understanding of customer problems and the product vision, and with the engineering team to design feasible solutions that delight users
Advocate for user-centered design & product led growth
Requirements
At least 5 years experience with software product design, with significant experience with design for B2B SaaS applications
Excellent interaction and visual design skills, with the ability to own every aspect of enterprise grade products
Experience in growth stage startups or other dynamic high growth environments, with rapid release cycles and high velocity development across multiple design and product initiatives at any time
Thoughtful communication skills and the ability to present design decisions and processes openly, clearly, and confidently
An outstanding portfolio showcasing a demonstrated track record of building successful software products
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
