Product Management – AI Platform
Ayla is looking for a Product Manager that is excited by the ambiguity and speed of a startup, motivated to work as a PM player-coach, and driven to launch game changing products leveraging the latest AI and ML technologies. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and drive the execution of key product initiatives focused on these efforts.
From leading and growing the AI product team, to designing delightful products with engineering, to presenting your vision to customer and industry executives, you should be comfortable driving deep technical, business and strategy discussions. You will report to the Chief Technical Officer to help define the strategy and direction for our AI Platform.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers, data scientists, designers, solution architects, marketing, and other product managers as a cohesive product team that takes ideas from inception to launch.
Develop detailed product specifications and launch plans for the Ayla TransformAI Platform, Machine Learning models and key feature requests
Gain deep understanding of Service Provider’s wireless and wireless business and technology to shape the roadmap and product design
Manage, motivate, and grow the AI product team, including product managers, designers, and data analysts
Leverage customers insights, qualitative analyses, and A/B testing to improve feature prioritization, product performance and outcomes.
Manage the AI product roadmap, manage project execution, and define product roll-out strategy
Represent the company at customer and industry events
Desired Skills and Experience
6+ years of product management or related experience
3+ years machine learning and data science experience
Experience with Service Provider technologies and protocols (TR-069, Docsis, LwM2M, OMCI)
Hands-on experience with modern machine learning libraries, frameworks, and technologies
Experience defining, launching and scaling machine learning models to drive positive business outcomes
Experience conducting user research to identify pain points and user needs
Strong collaboration in team environments with the ability to act quickly as the decision-maker
History of success in executing high-impact plans that move business metrics.
