About Digital Process Excellence (DPEx)
Our digital transformation journey is led by the DPEx (Digital and Process Excellence) team and is structured along the lines of Digitalize the Core and Transform with Digital.
With a mandate to ensure continuous process improvement and drive patient centric innovation, it spans all functions and operations. In other words, you could be working on projects to expedite research outcomes one day, designing customer engagement platforms the next and simplifying warehouse processes the third.

Product you will build
We are building the Netflix of medical content for doctors and healthcare professionals. The platform is strategic for business as it will drive omnichannel engagement with doctors to improve brand retention. We will need you to make product which the doctors will love.
Who will you work with
You will be part of team making direct impact on human lives working closely with Product Owner, Omnichannel and marketing team, developers, vendors, marketing tech and analytics team and technology architects. Besides, you will necessarily have to work closely with the Global teams within branded markets outside India.
What will you do
You will be building the platform to help drive engagement growth with healthcare professionals month-over-month. How you do that is up to you and your team – as long as you can measure and backup your results. Critical metrics will be Number of registrations, retention, watch time, MAU, DAU or MAU/DAU etc.We focus on building quantifiably high impact features through prototyping and experimentation. It is your responsibility to define the problem, prioritize effectively and drive results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creating the vision, setting strategic direction, and successfully delivering key product outcomes
Drive growth partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics and many other teams
Be a partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales to build solutions that increase customer satisfaction and improve engagement with doctors
Participate in research and testing (we spend lots of time talking directly to our customers!) to understand customer pain and identify opportunities for improvement
Use product analytics to understand how our customers use our platform, and help guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations we can make
Comfortable with web technologies like Android, IOS, LAMP stack, customer analytics and multi-channel tools like Mixpanel, WebEngage
Qualifications We Prefer
Education: Degree/ MBA from Tier 1 Institutes
Work Experience: 4-6 years of Experience in Product management
Skills that are important for the job
Technical:
Understanding of UI/UX processes
Hand-on with building wireframes on Figma, Adobe
Good understanding of Drupal, Android, IOS, LAMP stack, Oracle/Adobe Experience Cloud
Agile Execution and Scrum
Welcome you experience with SQL and Python will help you to be ninja
Behavioural:
Reasoning and analytical ability
Leadership skills
Agility and attention to detail
Good communication skills
