Job Description : Product Manager- Health Care (Global)
We are recruiting a seasoned Product Manager to lead our GTHE Product team and work with our team of renowned physicians and technologists to develop and deliver GTHE such that it becomes one of the most desirable healthtech solutions for healthcare providers and investors by the end of 2022.
Your Profile
You have significant proven experience working as a Product Manager in a global healthtech product company
You have successfully brought product(s) with millions of users from inception to market to the agreed schedule and met challenging revenue goals.
You have successfully managed a high-performing team of BA’s, Product Leads and UX/UI.
You have experience with cloud-based, enterprise-level products including mobile application development (iOS)
You understand EMR systems as well as their shortcomings
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and deliver the product roadmap
Manage the evolution and prioritization of features – all the while aligning to agreed enterprise goals
Communicate the product direction and priorities to the relevant stakeholders
Work closely with Marketing & Communications to communicate the EVP in a compelling manner to perspective client
Your Background
Knowledge of building minimalistic applications that have clean interfaces, focus on simplicity and provider efficiency
Knowledge of time motion study in healthcare – duration, steps and movement to accomplish a task
Knowledge of EMR systems and shortcomings in these systems
Experience with cloud-based, enterprise level products and mobile application development (preferred);
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management of the internal and external organisation (client) in an organized, professional manner
