Our Product Marketing Manager for Dev will help us focus on empowering the Developer and DevOps teams, shaping the future of our offerings, driving messaging, promoting our solutions, implementing new strategies, and exploring what’s next in our industry.
Reporting to the CMO working with other product marketing managers, product managers and marketing team members, NowSecure is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, developer-driven product marketing manager. Join our mission to save the world from unsafe mobile apps!

Key Responsibilities
Be a NowSecure solutions evangelist – be the expert in our solutions and a thought leader in all things mobile development and mobile DevSecOps. Speak at industry events, attend tradeshows, lead webinars, write blogs, leverage social channels, and explore new approaches to broaden market reach.
Mobile app development trends- be an expert in the technologies and tools mobile app developers leverage and the trends in development practices as mobile technology matures.
Dev and DevOps market needs and tooling research – help inform modern dev and security approaches by becoming SME regarding developer-first security needs of modern DevOps teams. Understand and knowledge share how our customers and prospects use tools like like GitHub, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, BitRise, CircleCI, Kubernetes, APIs and microservices, AWS services, Google Cloud Platform services and even mobile dev languages like ObjectiveC, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter – and what systems integrate with them, access controls and governance, etc.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional solutions stakeholders – Work in concert with product management, product UX designers, customer experience and support teams, and sales to develop clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
Enable and support our sales channels – train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
Develop and own marketing launch plan for the products and services – Plan the launches of net-new products & services and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Work closely with engineering, product management and marketing teammates to understand their initiatives and deadlines to ensure releases fold into broader strategy and efforts.
Create new and maintain existing materials – develop new documentation to support market and product initiatives and ensure existing docs are kept up-to-date on website, intranet, and customer support portal.
Market intelligence— continuously research and enable organization regarding who our buyers are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
Competitive landscape—continuously research and enable organization regarding who our competition is and how they are positioned.
Blueprint and document our buyer’s process – Blueprint buying process end-to-end, including where buyer’s get information, what products they use, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then facilitate improvement to our marketing processes based on what you learn.
Assess and measure the effectiveness of product marketing programs – implement methodology and process to track progress on an ongoing basis and report back on trends and issues to the business.
Preferred Requirements
3-5 years of experience as product marketing manager with development and/or DevOps tools, including Go-To-Market (GTM) and message development.
Experience delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research
Experience in the cybersecurity space a plus.
Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack, Confluence, GitHub and Salesforce.
Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, business or marketing

Environmental Conditions
Work Environment – Normal office environment and/or home office workspace. Generally similar environment when visiting Company’s customer offices.
Strength Guidelines – Employee will be expected to lift, move and carry 10-15 lbs in the normal scope of work.
Motion Parameters – Employee will be expected to sit for long periods of time with the option to stand or walk (stretch). Employee may need to bend or squat when picking up items from the floor. Employee must have ability to type on a computer keyboard.
Vision and Hearing Requirements – Employee must be able to see a computer screen, read internal and external reports and summaries. There is a normal amount of background noise in the office environment. Employee must be able to see and hear video conferencing tools.
Emotional Demands – Employee must be able to understand, react and respond to quick decisions, must be able to read and write with a high level of grammar skill including the ability to read, understand and interpret technical information and data. On occasion, employee may have to speak publicly in company meetings and/or company led presentations, training and seminars.
Information Security Responsibilities
Employee must follow all applicable policies in the Information Security Handbook, Master Information Security Policy and sub-policies, standards and procedures which are generally available to employee.
Employee must maintain security of login credentials and information assets, and follow Data Classification policy regarding labelling and handling of Company data.
Employee must report any security incidents pursuant to the Incident Response policy
Employee must support information risk assessments, internal and external information security audit functions
Employee must complete security training during on-boarding process as well as annually when arranged by the Company; and, maintain any certifications as required
