We are looking for a dedicated and expert quality analyst having flair for business process reengineering & quality management systems, to build quality data products for Maps Operations.
Key Qualifications
7 – 10 years of demonstrated ability working with data quality, data analysis, process improvements and process re-engineering
Ability to work with large datasets to extract meaningful analysis and information.
Preferably-experience in cross functional project execution & mentoring exposure in international business environment with multicultural and diverse participation, being on client side – Lean / Six sigma exposure desirable
Excellent stakeholder management, with appropriate communication and influential skills supported by persuasive approach to drive business solutions
Data driven solutioning
Creative thinking with approach to problem solving & ability to work backwards basis expectations of bigger picture
Experienced in interaction with leadership team with regards to project requirements, outcome & decision support
Well versed with document management & data management systems
Great teammate
Digital Mapping operations exposure plus
Working knowledge of SQL/HiveQL /PostgreSQL for accessing data, Tableau for presentation & Python for automation
Description
Improve process designs in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximise profitability Define quality control processes, modify existing processes for better optimization to improve speed of execution and data quality Automation focussed & identify areas and come up with plans to improve existing data quality control processes Data collection & analysis for providing intel to business for making data driven decision of process optimisation / automation / source data based solutions Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve, monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production and quality of output requirements Manage the metric / process pattern monitoring and review of internal processes, especially those that directly affect the quality / efficiency of the organisations products Coordinate and consolidate Root Cause Analyses across multi-functional teams Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation, work collaboratively with stakeholders
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science or similar subject area is required
