Job Description : Referral & Assessment Team Manager – Wolverhampton – Ongoing contract – £39.07 hourly
I am currently working in partnership with a developing children’s service to recruit a Team Manager for the Referral & Assessment Team on an interim basis for a rolling contract in 2022.
They are seeking an experienced Team Manager to help them grow and develop the team and members of staff within 2022 and can offer an ongoing contract for the right candidate so you will have consistent income for the foreseeable future.

Duties:
Be responsible for Social Workers and monitor day to day performance of the team and challenge where appropriate. Also offering support advice and guidance to the Social Workers regarding safeguarding.
To develop and execute care plans in order to improve outcomes for vulnerable or at risk children.
To chair monthly meetings and provide monthly supervision to the team.
The successful candidate will receive support and training.
