Through the Mentorship Programme, The Innovation Story connects its students with subject matter experts from various walks of life to inspire them to become leaders.It is a mutually rewarding program as both the mentor and mentee grow by interacting with each other.Robotics Researcher and Mentor @TIS From workshops or classrooms to the living room or zoom rooms, you will empower the students to embrace innovation and curiosity.You will research and develop various robotics projects for the curriculum. You will work side by side with the curriculum development team and students to pave a path towards an innovative and collaborative future.In this role, you will be a researcher and a mentor for the students enrolled in the courses offered by TIS.This position works out of The Innovation Story’s office in Mumbai or is remote depending on the course you teach.Research and develop creative and cutting-edge robotics projects Work with the curriculum development team Mentor a cohort of students, assess them Be an active part of the curriculum development team and lesson planning Track the progress of the student and create a report Manage the classroom, evaluate, and give feedback to the student Cultivate a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students to foster collaboration and innovation Create and keep records of attendance, lesson plans, incidents, and other noteworthy events in accordance with the program.Requirements:1-2 years experience with teaching K-12 studentsBachelor’s degree in a technical-related fieldHighly developed oral and written communication skills.Ability to build relationships effectively and professionally with families and students.Six Day working – Monday to SaturdayJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹420,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Day shift
