Job Description:
Build & Expand business by targeting corporate & SME clients in the UAE and other regions.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media apart from the enquiry pool provided.
Arrange and attend meetings/calls with the prospective clients/leads with a clear customized sales pitch.
Conduct presentations to educate clients about the website, software and mobile app technologies and play a consultancy role in suggesting the ideal solutions to meet client’s requirements.
Provide necessary information to prepare commercial and technical proposals ensuring adherence to the client’s requirement.
Develop long-term professional relationships with new clients.
Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; up-selling and cross-selling
Conduct market research to identify new markets, new technologies and customer needs.
Liaise with the client and the technical team until the project gets completed and ensure a smooth functioning and successful completion of projects.
Provide after-sales support by solving ad-hoc issues of the client.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to expand the client portfolio of the Company.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Marketing / Business Management or any other related field
Proven work experience in IT Sales & Marketing filed, especially in Web Solutions, Software Solutions and Mobile App Solutions
Minimum 4 -5 years in the same capacity is a MUST.
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Sales Planning and Meeting Sales Goals
Proven track records in an IT Project Management role will be an added advantage.
Knowledge about the market/industry/new technologies is a MUST.
Sound business communication, negotiation and selling skills is a MUST.
Client Relationship Skills
Should be ambitious, target oriented and energetic.
Should have an outgoing personality with professional etiquettes.
Shift Timings: Afternoon (10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
