Position :

Job Description : Drives technical (HL and LL) design and development for major components of focused solutions.
Offers best practice advice and recommendations often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around integrations, overall enterprise architecture, tolling and CRM strategy.
Engages with program Architects regarding technical architecture and details of Salesforce and integration / migration.
Leads technical design workshops for complex integrated solutions and provides overall salesforce expertise.
Provide creative solutions that solve our business and technical problems.
Defines business processes using CRM and SFDC best practices.
Develops data backup, migration, integration and deployment strategies.
Lead Proof of concepts and technical solutioning.
Understand the different integration patters (outh 2.0, SAML) and provides the overall system and security framework.
Manages and mentors the overall team with the design and industry wide best practices.
Review and recommending the improvements in overall CI/CD release and testing strategy.
Good to have salesforce packaging model experience for modularizing the software development lifecycle.
Good to have knowledge of some app exchange products which supports data backup, chats, etc.

Requirements:
Strong experience with all aspects of system implementation and deep understanding of SFDC concepts and practices.

Experience in unlocked package model and scratch org implementation.
Strong understanding of design concepts, data migration, data integration, data backup and recovery solution.
The ability to take the lead role in developing comprehensive solution design documents, application architecture, integration and deployment.
Demonstrates excellence in understanding complex business processes and recommending best practice solutions.
Salesforce application and system architect certification required. Service cloud certification would be good to have but not mandatory.
Good understanding of micro service architecture and financial systems.
Experience with agile implementation methodologies.
