Job Description : Duties/Responsibilities:
5-10 years of experience with software development.
3 years of experience with SFMC, ideally in a leadership role on at least 1 full-scale projects
Strong communication skills, and ability to coordinate requirement with business stakeholder, design & develop technical requirements.
Ability to propose cost effective marketing technology solutions to address business challenges, including processes improvement and governance standards.
Work with other IT partners to design and implement customer journeys and marketing automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automation setup, Journey setup, Email and SMS communication channel.
Good understanding of Subscriber schema and Audience builder within SFMC, Data mapping & Systems integration experience into marketing automation and service tools.
Working experience with integrations to back-end systems, specifically with Salesforce CRM.
Working Experience on REST/SOAP API integrations, SDKs.
Working experience of MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server functionality. Understanding of star schema and complex data architectures.
Working experience on server-side scripting languages, and protocols such as AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, SOQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS, XSLT, AJAX, Jquery.
