Job Overview:
We are looking for Salesforce Quality Assurance Consultant to be a part of a growing team , supporting a key global client.
How You Will Make An Impact:
Review design specifications to ensure understanding of project.
Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage of project.
Develop, document and maintain test cases including data, and scripts used.
Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
Identify any potential quality issues immediately report to manager.
Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes.
Serve as primary system administrator for our Salesforce.com environment with at least 500+ users. Manage upgrades, maintain SFDC data feeds.
Implement and maintain SFDC customizations including configurations, custom fields and objects, layouts, custom views, flows, workflows, process builder and validation rules.
Migration of Workflows, Process builders to Flows.
Assist leadership in building out reports, dashboards to help track SaaS metrics around leads, opportunities, and closed business as well as field productivity and trends.
Develop reports tracking Channel metrics to measure the contribution of Channels to the business.
What You Will Need To Succeed:
6-8 years of experience testing all phases of QA efforts required to successfully execute medium & large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.
Experience with Salesforce (Sales or Service Cloud) is a must, at least 1 certification needed preferable salesforce admin (ADM201)
Experience testing (manual) Salesforce Projects using Agile Scrum methodology
Must have effective communication skills to share testing knowledge and test strategy in a collaborative atmosphere in order to lead and influence positive quality results among other test teams
Must have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes
Must have proven experience as IT Quality Assurance for small to large projects
Must have experience in developing test strategies and managing all aspects of software testing and defect management (manage defect calls).
Determining testing scope using risk-based testing approach, Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
Verify that fixes for defects and new features work as expected and do not cause regressions in affected areas.
