Job Description

Position Summary:

Qualified Candidates should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverable. If you’re a strong communicator, a capable leader and you’re invested in Agile frameworks, we’d like to meet you. Along with the above familiarity with software development life cycle is an add-on.
Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
2. Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverable possible in an iteration, which is based on bandwidth and story points.
3. Capable to manage the project with agreed scope, timeline and expected quality.
4. Co-ordinate with Product owners to work on product backlog and new requests.
5. Guiding the team to incorporate Agile/Scrum practices.
6. Removing impediments or guiding team to remove it by finding the right personnel. Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
