Job Description : I am currently working with a Secondary School based in North Somerset who are urgently seeking a LSA to support their secondary age pupils on a 1:1 basis.
The role
Supporting the class teacher either one-to-one or in small groups
A previous experience in a similar role is not essential but would be desirable
The candidate
Motivation and enthusiam to support students in their welfare and learning
Creativioty in be able to engage and motoivate students to achieve
This is a full time, long term position until the foreseeable future on a long-term contract and there could be an option of a permanent offer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to move into a career in teaching. You will benefit from in-depth support and training from the school, and develop your knowledge of the national curriculum
We welcome applicants with a good understanding of working with ASC/SEMH students and are enthusiastic about raising attainment of their pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
