Band 4 – Patient & Carer Experience & Involvement and Quality & Safety Team Secretary/Administrator

The post holder will provide a modern, efficient, and reliable administrative and support service to the lead nurse for QI and the lead nurse for patient and carer experience and their teams.

They will co-ordinate meetings, agendas, and action plans. They will type minutes for meetings. The post holder will maintain and co-ordinate diaries of both managers.

Interviews will be held on 21 March 2022.

Main duties of the job

Managerial- Maintain sickness, absence, and annual leave cards, to work with QI Lead nurse and Lead nurse for patient experience.

Communication- To manage personal information confidentially, receive and manage telephone calls and maintain diaries. To Prepare papers in advance of meetings, to prioritise workload, to ensure professional receipt of visitors., ensure all administrative matters are dealt with in a timely manner, liaise closely with staff and public. To be the contact for patient’s panel

Educational To understand systems, spreadsheets and databases used by Lead Nurses. Take responsibility for on learning.

Technical To be able to input data using excel and support teams with preparing dashboards and board reports. To provide admin support, to manage and maintain diaries.

Financial To be responsible for monitoring stationery and supplies

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
