Job Description : Senior Advisor Ecommerce Analytics
Dell’s Digital Analytics and Data Science team is hiring an eCommerce Senior Advisor to be part of the Commercial Analytics team. This is a global team responsible for analytics and insights for Multi Billion $ online B2B business. Work of this team influences actions of Global Sales Team, Online Business Managers, Sales Operations team and features and roadmaps considered by engineering development team for purpose of growing online sales with Dell B2B Customers.

What you’ll achieve
As Senior Advisor you will be working with business leaders to help formulate data driven strategies. You will be working on structured and unstructured business cases to help deliver insights and prioritize future investments. You will be responsible for exploring existing or new data sets, acquire new data sets, transform them to provide actionable insights. You will be working closely with Data Engineers to bring automation and scale to the existing and new data sets.
You will:
Work with various teams to identify and acquire right data set
Retrieve and clean large amount structured/unstructured data using SQL, Hadoop, etc.
Analyze data using data techniques with fluent use of SQL/Hive or other means
Use appropriate data visualization techniques/ storytelling with Data

Essential requirements
8-12 years of experience with at least 4+ years providing highly-actionable analytics
Highly skilled in OLAP, SQL, Hive, Excel, Power Bi and Microsoft office
Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytic insights effectively to both IT and business audiences
Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skills
Desirable Requirements
Exposure to Online business, demonstrated a data driven approach to developing business ideas
Strong presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills
