Job Description : Elmbrook Court Care Home (Wantage) a part Oakland Care are recruiting for a Senior Health Care Assistant.
Location: Elmbrook Court Care Home
Hours: 42 hours per week
Salary: £11.38 per hour
Contract: Permanent

Our Senior Health Care Assistants play an important and highly visible role in overseeing and delivering exceptional levels of care to our residents. With line management responsibility for a team of Care Assistants, you will work with trained Nurses to provide the Care Team with clear direction, development and support to carry out their day to day tasks. As Senior Health Care Assistant you’ll also be pivotal in delivering care plans, providing companionship, and giving personal care to our residents.

What do you need to succeed?

So to succeed in this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of dementia and how it impacts on individuals, and previous experience of delivering care along with a care-related qualification including Medication Administration is essential.
