Job Description : Penrose Court is looking to appoint a Senior Care Assistant. (Nightshift)

Our beautifully developed care home, situated in Biggleswade, offers exceptional levels of Respite, Residential, Nursing & Dementia Care for up to 65 residents.

We provide the highest standards of care, where it is essential to have the right people on board to share our passion in delivering care for the elderly.

As Senior Care Assistant, you will take charge of the shift and guide staff to deliver excellent personal care to the residents’ daily needs. The successful applicant will also be expected to develop person-centred care plans, complete and update assessments, review the care plans monthly and organise and hold reviews with the residents or family members.

38.5 hours per week

Typically, a Senior Care Assistant is expected to have an NVQ Level 3, but we would seriously consider an experienced Care Assistant, who has an NVQ Level 2 and aspires to pass their NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
