Come and join us! A brand new state-of-the-art Fradley based residential home that offers over 90 ensuite bedrooms across a number of households is actively recruiting for an enthusiastic Senior Care Assistants to join us!
We are looking for Senior Care Assistants at this new residence. You will have the opportunity to gain a contract based on various part time and full time availability, with contracts from 28 hours a week to 35 hours a week.Hourly pay rate £10.70
Residents come to Bowbrook to live out the rest of their lives in happiness, to their full potential so why not help towards making them smile everyday.
Seniors are part of the management team and this is a great opportunity for those people that aspire to achieve and wish to make a difference for those living with dementia.

About you
To join us you`ll need following attributes;
You will be an experienced care worker with your NVQ lever 3 in social care
A warm hearted, friendly manner, patience, kindness and good communication, a willingness to help others, requiring patience,
Open and honest, respectful and celebrate diversity, connect with colleagues and residents to celebrate uniqueness
You will be a natural care giver and someone who can communicate in an open and honest manner with your colleagues, residents and their visitors
Due to the nature of this role no one day is the same, you will have daily tasks and duties however flexibility and the ability to time manage is key
